Morgan Chojnacki
My personal and professional experiences in social enterprises and community organizations have shaped my understanding of the challenges faced diverse populations and enriched my therapeutic approach. I have worked with individuals from 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, people impacted war-based trauma, including second-generation survivors, and caregivers of individuals affected Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In my practice, I support clients navigating anxiety, relational injuries, life transitions, grief, and loss. I also work with individuals recovering from narcissistic relationships, those exploring alternative relationship structures, people grappling with identity challenges, and individuals experiencing burnout. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and foster meaningful growth.

My Approach
I provide a warm, gentle, affirming, and compassionate space that honours your uniqueness while recognizing the role of systemic factors in your lived experience. My practice integrates somatic practices and self-compassion as a foundation, and EMDR when it is a good fit with individual clients. I approach counselling from a collaborative, trauma-informed, holistic, anti-oppressive and sex-positive lens.
My commitment is to work alongside you at your pace while exploring issues that matter to you. Together, we can co-create a path that supports your wellbeing. We can tap into your inner strengths and resources and support you to move toward greater awareness, autonomy, and empowerment.
